Hint: the mica washers and the isolating tube are foreseen to isolate the heatsink of TIP50 from the high voltage.

In addition to the parts in the Reichelt shop cart you need to buy&solder pin headers for:

J3(25pin 2.54mm) & J4 (12pin 2.54mm); you can use 2x Digikey Part: WM50017-36-ND or Aliexpress 13mm

J2 & J5 ( both 15pin 3.96mm);  you can use 2x Digikey Part: WM50008-15-ND
